Emily's staff of professional bakers takes great pride in the large selection of tasty, nutritious breads. All are made from scratch with the finest natural ingredients. We add no preservatives, so our breads are overflowing with that down-home flavor reminiscent of those hot, golden-brown loaves grandma pulled out of her oven years ago. Loaf sizes and shapes vary, so ask one of our knowledgeable sales people for help.

A Couple of Favorites

Struan Bread

A five-grain Scottish harvest bread, Struan is the perfect combination of five grains: wheat flour, brown rice, cornmeal, rolled oats and wheat bran. We use low-fat buttermilk rather than cooking oil or shortening, so it not only is very tasty, it's healthy as well. No wonder Struan has become so popular. It's available in either a cinnamon/raisin combination or plain. The cinnamon/raisin style is wonderful toasted!



Sourdough Bread

Emily's highly popular San Francisco-style Sourdough Bread is made from scratch with a grape starter. Try it toasted or with spinach dip. It's simply fantastic!
