FESTIVE BREADS & CAKES

JULEKAGE -- From Scandinavia, chopped fruit, raisins, cardamon and cloves provide a spicy delight. $5.95

STOLLEN -- Chopped fruit and almonds richly fill this traditional German Christmas loaf. $6.50

AUSTRIAN ALMOND BRAID -- Plump golden raisins, chopped fruit and almonds topped with an almond icing. AH! $6.25

DANISH COFFEE CAKES -- Our year-round favorite. Almond Danish Coffee Cakes are shaped like a Christmas tree for your holiday table. $7.95

EMILY'S SUPER FRUIT CAKE -- Savor one of Emily's made-from-scratch fruit cakes and you'll scoff at the age-old joke about how fruit cakes never get eaten but instead are passed back and forth from one holiday season to the next. Made with the best of dates, pecans and candied fruit! Small 14-ounce fruit cakes are $10.95. Large two-pound fruit cakes are $18.95.

ROSETTES -- Light and crispy; cinnamon or powdered sugar. Large are $11.88 per dozen, or 99¢ each; small are $7.80 per dozen, or 65¢ each.

COOKIE DOUGH -- Want to let the kids decorate cookies but without the mess of mixing the dough and rolling it out? This is the answer: sheets of our white butter cut-out cookie dough. Each sheet is ready for your favorite cookie cutters. Pop the cut-outs into the oven for a few minutes, remove, let cool and then decorate. $11.95 for a sheet that makes 2 to 3 dozen cookies.

WHITE BUTTER CUTOUTS -- Great homemade taste comes from real butter, heavy cream, eggs and TLC. Made in different shapes to match the seasons. Various holiday shapes make this cookie very popular during the Christmas season. They also are kids' favorites for school parties, sport team treats and birthday parties. Frosted with a bright yellow smile face is the hands-down, all-time favorite! $7.80 a dozen (star, bell, tree & Santa). $9.00 a dozen (mitten, snowflake & snowman).

MOLASSES CUTOUTS -- Old fashioned goodness from molasses and brown sugar. $7.80 a dozen.

BUTTER RICH SPRITZ -- Melt-in-your-mouth goodness with a hint of almond. $5.20 a dozen.

Swiss Yule Log

A cocoa almond sponge cake filled and iced in a French style chocolate buttercream, covered in marzipan and then enrobed in a dark chocolate. Each cake is then decorated with holiday designs. A truly unique handcrafted dessert by Master Baker/Owner Steve Fox. Serves 8-10.
